How to place Pre orders from Online Order App

Visit the Online Order App and follow the steps below to place a Pre-Order.

Select the Pre-Order category from the menu

Select the product item you want to pre-order

Select the product item you want to pre-order and proceed.

Choose the date for the Pre-Order

When you click on the Pre-Order button, you will be asked to choose a date for the Pre-Order.

Choose the contact to be used for the order

When you click on the Delivery Contact button, you will be asked to choose a contact to be used for the order.

Place the order

Click on the Place Order button to place the order. Pay at counter option is selected by default which means you will pay at the counter when you collect the order.

You can view the details of your order here. The order status will be displayed as Waiting until it is confirmed by the POS operator.

Note: The order will be confirmed by the POS operator. For more information, refer to Order Acceptance in the POS documentation.

Order Confirmation

Customer will receive order updates on this screen when the order is confirmed by the POS operator, and when the order is being served.

This is the final screen that confirms your order. You can view the order details and the order number.
