User's login and access controls are managed through the user permissions system, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access the POS features.

Order Catergory Selection
The POS system allows operators to select the category of orders they want to manage. This helps in organizing orders based on their type, such as dine-in, takeout, or delivery. This feature enhances the efficiency of order management by allowing operators to focus on specific categories of orders.
The order category also applies the necessary rules and workflows associated with that category, ensuring that the right processes are followed for each type of order.

Navigate through Orders
Have a quick overview of all the orders in the selected category. The POS system provides a streamlined interface for navigating through orders, allowing operators to quickly find and manage orders based on their status, time, or other criteria.
Access quick actions for each order, such as viewing details, updating status, or processing payments. This feature is designed to enhance the efficiency of order management and improve the overall customer experience.

Check Order Details
The POS system allows operators to view detailed information about each order. This includes customer details, order items, payment status, and any special instructions. The detailed view helps operators ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Update order status, add notes, or make adjustments as needed. This feature is crucial for maintaining accurate records and providing excellent customer service.

Apply Discounts
The POS system allows operators to apply discounts to orders. This feature is useful for promotions, special offers, or customer loyalty programs. Operators can select from predefined discount codes or manually enter a discount amount.
Ensure that discounts are applied correctly and reflected in the order total. This feature helps in managing pricing strategies effectively and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Add Notes
Operators can add notes to orders for internal reference or customer communication. This feature allows for better order management and ensures that important information is captured and communicated effectively.

Variant Selection
